Artwork quality
You should try and upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo or design that you have. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print or embroider, our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed. Our aim is to ensure your logo will look as good as possible.
Printing and Embroidery limitations

For example, certain logos or designs cannot be embroidered, especially those with colour gradients or very detailed design. If this is the case, our expert team will work with you once your order is placed to see how we simplify or adjust your Design so the quantity of the embroidery remains at a high standard.
Colours
We use Madeira threads on each of our embroidery machines and use their pantone chart to find the closest matching thread colour to your design, so you if have the pantone reference numbers for your Design please add these to the notes section on your design page
